Small group fitness classes are designed for Tween and Teen girls to learn, grow, and enjoy a safe, supportive environment together.

Teen Classes are designed for girls from ages 12 to 17 to learn basics to advanced techniques in weight lifting, nutrition focused on supporting fitness goals, plus wellness practices for a well balanced program!

PYT Fitness App

The PYT Fitness App is included in all Teen Small Group Classes!  

Healthy living starts with healthy habits—after all, goals aren't achieved overnight, and success doesn't happen in an instant. It's the things you do on a daily basis that add up over time. Outside of class girls are engaged in the App as they practice healthy habits to support their fitness goals: *Home Workouts designed specifically for each girl and her goals. *Instructional Videos for each exercise along with descriptions on how to use perfect form. *Habit Tracking, build and practice good habits when it comes to her activity, nutrition, sleep, and mindfulness each week. *Direct Messaging with her Coach and PYT Classmates for support and celebrating her wins each week. *Progress Tracking. The Fitness App will track her progress, so she can celebrate her success, and achieve her goals one small change at a time.
