About the Class
PYT training classes for girls ages 7 - 11 are all about learning the basics and fundamentals of lifting weights in a safe and fun environment. Girls feel strong and even impress themselves as they discover the capabilities they didn't even know they had. They learn how movements of daily activities like picking up a heavy backpack, or putting heavy objects on a high shelf, translates to strength training patterns such as squats and presses.


Each girl will have an individualized assessment at the beginning of the program as a baseline. This will allow the girls to witness their progress over time.
With consistency, girls begin to recognize their strengths and grow in confidence as their abilities increase
class after class.
